​Their wonderful full-time nanny/housekeeper is stepping down before Christmas to start her own motherhood journey, and we are looking for a trusted, proactive candidate (or candidates!) to join this smooth-running household.

This is a collaborative role working alongside a hands-on mum—splitting school runs, after-school activities, infant care, and household management.

​My client is open to two structural options:

​OPTION A:

Full-Time Family Assistant (Nanny + Housekeeper)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Role: Shared hands-on childcare (including 1yo), school runs, meal prep, and general housekeeping.
• Requirements: Experienced with infants, confident driver (preferred), warm & positive energy.
Weekend babysitting & overnight stays are required.

​OPTION B:
Split Roles (Part-Time)
​ B1: Part-Time Housekeeper
• Hours: A few days per week (flexible/negotiable).
• Role: Household upkeep, light dinner prep, and occasional morning support with the baby.

​B2: Part-Time Afternoon Childcare / Family Support
• Hours: Monday–Friday, approx. 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
• Role: Tag-teaming afternoon activity runs, infant care during/after naps, homework support, and bedtime prep.
• Bonus: Weekend/overnight availability and driving ability are a strong plus!

ROTA NANNY,

New York City, NY

A busy, family in the heart of New York are seeking a full-time Rota Nanny to provide sole charge care for their four school-aged children (9-13 years of age).

The position involves working a structured rotation schedule (e.g., 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off) to ensure round-the-clock coverage, seamless shift handovers, and consistent support for the children’s daily routines and school commitments across the family’s residences.

4 School-Aged Children — prior experience managing multiple school-age children simultaneously is required. Applicants must have be able to work in the US or hold a valid working visa.

Start Date: Interviewing ASAP, there will be a trial period also.

Schedule: Rota basis, requires flexibility during on-duty periods and clear handovers with the co-nanny.

This is a fully staffed home; high requirement for seamless communication with the co-nanny, PA, and broader team.

The family also have beautiful dogs so you must be familiar with dogs.

The Nanny must provide continuous, sole-charge coverage during on-duty rotation periods, maintaining consistent boundaries, routines, and clear shift handovers with the secondary nanny.

Full sole-charge nanny responsibilities for four children, including managing school schedules, academic support, extracurricular activities, transport logistics, and overall daily well-being.

Exceptionally organised, proactive, adept at multi-tasking, comfortable with a fast-paced lifestyle, and a genuine lover of animals.

A driver is essential with a clean license; must pass a full background and police check.
